Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations must be in written form and addressed to the Organizing Committee. Cancellations received by July 31, 2008 will be accepted and fees refunded except for administration expenses of 30,- Euro. After September 01, 2008 no refunding will be possible.
Late fees
Participants are encouraged to pay the fees as soon as possible and prior to June 15, 2008.
Later payment has to include an additional late fee. For details see registration form.
