biome-id is a startup founded by a team of scientists with many years of experience in molecular biodiversity research.

We aim at bringing our expertise to public and private customers, offering fast and reliable DNA-based organisms identifications to environmental monitoring agencies, universities and research institutes, industries and more. We provide a broad range of customizable DNA services for the identification of single specimens or mixed samples, including the analysis of environmental DNA.

We also offer an exclusive proteome-based system for time and kost efficient species identification (Service ProteomX).

Our Methods: DNA-Barcoding, Metabarcoding, eDNA-analysis and Proteomik.
