Senckenberg – Leibniz Institution for Biodiversity and Earth System Research

Knowledge & Technology Transfer

Transferring Senckenberg’s scientific results and findings to society, politics, or business is an integral part of our mission. With that in mind, the Transfer Office offers scientists from the Senckenberg – Leibniz Institution for Biodiversity and Earth System Research assistance in the transfer and commercialization of knowledge and technology.

Our services include:

  • Market analysis
  • Supporting inventions and patenting
  • Advice regarding funding and applications for transfer and validation projects
  • Start-up and entrepreneurship support
  • Support for R&D cooperation with other companies

Ideas for knowledge and technology transfer

For our successful work we depend on the cooperation of all Senckenberg employees.
Everyone working at Senckenberg is therefore given the opportunity to submit their own ideas and suggestions for knowledge and technology transfer.

We are looking forward to your ideas!
